My dentist tested this new brush head out on me and said it definetly reaches through to the other side of the gum. I HATE flossing, and this does the job nearly as well, so my plan is to use this more often.

It's not a complete replacement for floss, but get's 80-90% of the area that floss would.

You have to get used to brushing with both brush heads though, and when your in a hurry, you simply don't make the time.

But still a nice replacement to flossing.

It's an electric toothbrush. Honestly, it's hard to get too excited by it, especially since I already had a basic one. It does come with 3 different heads, but I imagine once the novelty wears off I'll end up just using the main one. There are also 4 different modes you can set it at, but again I'll probably end up just leaving it on one. Maybe I'm just lazy. You'll need an adapter unless you have a 2-pin socket in your bathroom

I'm sure as far as toothbrushes go this is probably as good as you'll get, but I think the full retail price is a little steep. That doesn't necessarily mean the brush isn't worth it, it's just quite a lot to pay, and if I had the choice of buying one I'd still pay 5-10 times less for the basic one I already had.

really good toothbrush, makes your teeth much much cleaner than with a manual. it's good value, and is rechargeable so you don't have to recharge or throw away used batteries. i got one for me and one for my son, and he has been brushing his teeth more enthusiastically than ever before. The head is small enough for a child's mouth, and I decided to get him this plain one rather than a kids "character" one, as I know his tastes change quickly - power rangers may seem cool now, but in six months time... The two-minute timer has helped him to do a proper job too.
I recommend this toothbrush to anyone, it's easy to use, effective and affordable.
